China dropship returns are real — here's the honest version.

Window

• 14 days after delivery for change of mind / fit.
• 30 days after delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong item.

Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind: you pay return shipping to the China address we provide (often $15–40+).
• Defect / damage / our error: we cover return ship or send a replacement after photos.

How to start

Email hello@babebite.com with order number, reason, and photos (required for defects). Do not mail anything back without our written OK.

Exchanges

We don't hold US inventory — exchanges mean return + new order (another 12–20 days) or a replacement for defects.
